Our Management Team oversees the company’s daily operations, ensuring the delivery of professional, reliable, and responsive security services across all assignments.
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operations Team and responding promptly to all incidents to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
Our operations are strategically structured across three key regions — West, East, and Central & North — to ensure efficient site management and timely support for our clients.
Each region is led by experienced Operations Managers or Assistant Managers, supported by a dedicated team of Operations Executives to ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of daily operations.
To further strengthen our manpower management and deployment capabilities, we introduced the Deployment Officer role in 2022, focusing on workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
Supporting our field teams is the Kyowa Operations Centre, which operates 24/7 to provide continuous assistance, coordination, and operational support whenever required.
